- Delivery to your accommodation takes at least 3 business days. Please keep in mind that if you’re receiving at the hotel, your reservation name with WiFi Egg Korea must match with the reservation name at your accommodation. Hotels tend not to hold the wifi egg for you if they do not match.
- Be sure to return your WiFi Router before you depart Korea. You should return the device via post, at the Korean post office, or the convenience store near your accommodation.

Cancellation Policy
- Before the Start of Rental Date: No Penalty
- After Start of Rental Date: Cancellation fee equal to the greater of either 20% of the total rental cost or US$20.00. If the customer uses the Equipment before the Customer cancels the reservation, the rental fees for that period will be excluded from the refund.
ⓘ Note: Customer must return the Equipment to the Company on the day that the Customer cancels the order. Days the Customer is in possession of the Equipment cannot be refunded.
